Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policies:

Returning Thermocouples:

Return any new or unused thermocouple item within 30 days of the date your item was shipped. Blaze will replace or refund the full purchase price excluding shipping costs. There is a restocking charge for the return of these items. The standard restocking charge is 20% of the list price. Please call for a Return Material Authorization number (RMA), securely package the item with a copy of the original invoice, and write the authorization number on the package. We cannot accept returns on custom ordered items, special order items, or electrical parts.

Cancelling Orders:

Cancellation of any item while ‘in production’ will still result in the standard restocking charge.

Limited Warranty:
Thermocouples are warranted by Blaze Technical Services for 30 days from date of purchase, unless specified otherwise. All products are warranted against manufacturing defects and workmanship only. Under these cicumstances all products are warrented for repair or replacement only. All products are not warranted for normal wear or breakage under any circumstance.

Void of Warranty:
Upon inspection, any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturing instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. Blaze Technical Services reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exceptions.
What is not covered under warranty: (1) normal wear and tear (2) accident, disaster or an act of God (3) abuse, neglect, misuse, fault or negligence of or by Buyer (4) use of the Products in a manner for which they were not designed (5) causes external to the Products such as, but not limited to, power failure or electrical power surges (6) improper storage and handling of the Products (7) use of the Products in combination with equipment or software not supplied by Seller (8) ordinary maintenance (9) alterations, repairs or installations that have not been performed by Seller or its authorized representative (10) failure to maintain Products in accordance with Seller’s written instructions.
In the event a thermocouple item is returned under a void of warranty circumstance as specified above, Blaze Technical Services reserves the right to apply an evaluation charge per unit which will be billed to the customer.
No other warranty is specified or implied other than the repair or replacement of specifically thermocouple items as described above.
