A green conscious manufacturer who makes smart kitchen control ventilation systems, came to Blaze with the need for a low-cost RTD.
In their kitchen hoods, that see daily high temperature and grease operations, they wanted their units to detect these flare-ups and quick temperature spike situations. They also wanted to automate these kitchen systems, based on temperature detection, to save their users energy as well as money.
Blaze worked with the manufacturer to design a custom low-cost resistance temperature detector (RTD) probe to solve their issue. It worked perfectly and has been installed in these kitchen systems since 2004.
